Our Location - Sabina
Sabina holds a unique historical and agricultural legacy in Italy, dating back to 800 B.C., when it became one of the oldest olive-growing regions in the world.
Known as the origin of ancient Rome's olive oil, Sabina has continuously produced olive oil for nearly 3,000 years. Its rich terroir—with a Mediterranean climate, well-drained soil, and centuries-old olive trees—yields a complex, balanced oil renowned for its quality.
In 1996, Sabina became the first Italian olive oil to earn DOP status, a testament to its heritage and excellence. This region embodies a rare blend of history, natural richness, and artisanal tradition, making it the ideal setting for our vision of producing high-quality olive oil.
Lemon Production
Believed to have first been imported from the Middle East by merchants, lemons have played a major role, and been a staple of Italian life, for thousands of years.

The lemon tree has long been considered a valuable luxury and a symbol of prosperity.

Lemons contain a high amount of vitamin C, soluble fibre, and other compounds that give them a number of health benefits.
Rangpur Lime Production
Resembling an orange or a tangerine, Rangpur limes (a cross between lemons & mandarins) are generously filled with delicious juice.
Even though they are orange in colour and look somewhat like an orange, the similarity stops there.
This very special citrus fruit offers a tart acidic complex flavour. Easy to peel, the rich deep orange pulp contains many seeds.
